Consultations

The meeting path before any fee is due in full

Advice at Elm & Reed follows a repeatable rhythm so you know what happens between the first email and the final document.

Two people shaking hands after a successful consultation meeting
  1. Enquiry. You tell us the decision ahead and which advice area fits. We confirm a fee range within two working days.
  2. Document pack. Carys sends a checklist—statements, pension forecasts, and protection policies—so the first meeting starts with facts.
  3. Discovery meeting. Ninety minutes in New Stanton or by video. We map priorities and flag missing information; no recommendations are finalised in this sitting for flagship reviews.
  4. Analysis & draft. We prepare the written plan or findings. You receive a draft to read before the second meeting.
  5. Refinement meeting. We adjust the plan together and agree the order of actions for the next twelve months.
  6. Follow-up call. Flagship reviews include one clarification call within thirty days of delivery.
