Advice engagements

You may not copy our written plans, templates, or site content for commercial reuse without written permission. Plans prepared for you remain yours for personal use; our underlying methods and templates stay with the practice.
Accuracy and updates
We aim to keep fees, service descriptions, and contact details current. Rules affecting pensions, tax, and protection change. Always rely on the written advice issued to you for your situation rather than archived website pages.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elm & Reed Financial Advice is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content alone. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where law prohibits limitation (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing on this site excludes rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
Third-party links
Links to GOV.UK or other external resources are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
