Fees
Pricing that follows the work, not a package ladder
Most household engagements have a fixed fee once we confirm document volume and whether one or two people are involved. Complex estates or multi-company structures are quoted after a short scoping call.

What can raise a fee
- More than three pension pots or overseas accounts that need translating into sterling figures.
- Business accounts mixed with personal spending over several years.
- Requests for evening or weekend meetings outside standard office hours.
What we do not charge
- Percentage-of-assets fees for these consulting engagements.
- Retainer subscriptions for access to advice—you pay for defined work.
- Cancellation fees when you give at least five working days’ notice before a first meeting.
A 30% booking deposit holds your first meeting date. The balance is due when the written plan or findings are delivered. See our refund policy for deposits, rescheduling, and work already started.
